Using Search Modifiers Only Returns One Page Of Results

It says 0 results were found, but it gives me a full page. And only a full page. It cuts off the results after 100 or so entries, and I'm confident that it isn't displaying every result. I'm not a web developer, but I think the part of the website that wants to search based on keywords is conflicting with the function of the search modifiers.
