SOLVED: For future folks that run into this issue. I tried deleting and reinstalling all ROMs and Retroarch but had the same problem. What solved it was a post I found online suggesting to go to retroarch>settings>drivers and switch the video setting to d3d11. Works like it did before now. if anyone knows why this works or what the issue was, I’d be curious to know.

I hadn’t used my arcade in over a week but when I turned it on to play some FB Neo games, I get audio but no video. Before this everything had been working just fine. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thank you!

UPDATE: I got them recognized! For future people that may need this, I did the following: LB, Tools, Options, under “controller” click “recognize joystick” and the optional “allow all controllers to work menu”. The last couple of titles are approximations as I don’t have the screen in front, but it’s actually easy. Thank you!

Hi folks, I’m new to BB and LB. I have everything setup in my modified arcade cabinet (games work, theme loaded, controls work for my cores, etc.) However, at the BB menu screen, BB does not recognize my joysticks. The buttons I mapped in the menu to play and exit, all work but BB will not recognize the directionality of my joysticks. To be clear, joysticks work with retroarch and all my games but not at the BB menu to select games but my buttons do work. I hope this is enough information and any help would be appreciated!
