Hey guys I also ran into this issue. It seems the C++ redistributable is installed with LaunchBox. LaunchBox is a 64-bit application and uses the 64-bit redistributable. I believe the RetroAchievments executable, RAHasher.exe, is a 32-bit executable. That means you need to install the 32-bit version of the C++ redistributable (x86). After installing the x86 version from the MS website, the RAHasher errors went away. For some reason it happens after updates but it turns off the use all controllers connected option. Go into controller options in LaunchBox and set use all controllers connected to yes. You have to do big box separately, but is the same thing going to options then controller then check use all controllers.
