    Are you properly exiting the test menu?  In your Supermodel emulators folder, there should be an NVRAM folder.  In that folder will be rom_name.nv files.  Is there an nv file for the ROM your creating/changing settings for?

    You could try the pre-made nv files found here:

    The d and x input ini files on that page do not match that controller image at all. Download one real quick and dig in, you'll see that Accelerate is on the left stick UP, not R trigger. Just downloaded another D and X and see this.

    ; Steering wheel
    InputSteeringLeft = "NONE"          ; digital, turn wheel left
    InputSteeringRight = "NONE"         ; digital, turn wheel right
    InputSteering = "JOY1_XAXIS"        ; analog, full steering range

    ; Pedals
    InputAccelerator = "JOY1_RYAXIS_POS"
    InputBrake = "JOY1_RXAXIS_POS"

    Not sure if this is megabezel or something else but if it is play with the non-integer scale, high Res scanlines, scan line direction multiplier settings in the shader parameters in retroarch

    It doesn't seem to affect mega bezels at all, honestly! I can use the new pixie mega bezel shaders and it looks just fine in fullscreen without mucking with the non windowed fullscreen height. It's more of an issue with the standard newpixiecrt and mattias shaders.

    It also happens in games on the sega model 2 emulator when trying to use reshade to apply shaders to those games. (since there is no sega model 2 core)

    You will need to adjust the resolution of the emulator, or the size of the screen area (scale) or scan line Resolution.

    I tried a few things, in retroarch at least. My desktop resolution is 2560x1440. When I change the non-windowed fullscreen height to just below or above 1440, the blown out rolling scanlines are back to normal. Could there be any reason why that would happen? I'm relatively new to all of this, don't mean to be a bother. But if y'all have any idea, I'd appreciate suggestions. Before setting up the second screen this all just worked right. 🤔

  4. This started when my brother in law set up my TV as a second screen for my PC. Ever since he did that when I use, for instance, CRT new pixie, (in retroarch or in reshade on stuff like Sega Model 2 emulator) I get these wild blown up rolling scanlines all over the screen. Instead of being in the background and only terribly visible on bright backgrounds, they are everywhere at all times, even on darker colors. If I try to turn them off, they just freeze in place, still exactly as shown in the attached images. Any ideas what could have gone wrong? If I play in windowed mode it's back to normal. But the second I go full screen I'm wearing the glasses from They Live AND I SEE THEM. Any ideas what could have happened to make this sudden change?

    This was happening only on my PC, but is now happening on my TV as well.

  5. The same issue affects Wii and Gamecube. When I tried to use Retroarch through Launchbox, any time I try to launch a PS2 game it says "pcsx2 is the best way to play" and asks me to either download that or add an emulator. I tried assigning it to run them with retroarch but in the associated platforms list PS2 is not an option. I've found no way to manually add PS2 (and Wii/GC) as an associated platform. Is their anyway to do that or do I need to just move back to using only Retroarch standalone? I like the front Launchbox front end so I'd like to find a solution.
