I've followed the instructions I've found online and from MAME'S own site. I just can't get them working. I downloaded a couple files off this forum that has the settings in a .txt file that i copied into my mame.ini and raster.ini files. still no scanlines. when i run a game and hit the ~ key, i don't get any options for scanlines. just sound options and brightness, contrast, gamma and stretch. nothing about scanlines, nothing about masking. I'm at a total loss. I have no idea what's going on. I'm using big box and am in the process of building an arcade cab and if I can't get this to look right, i'm switching to another platform. has something changed with the recent releases of MAME? Am I just missing something?
