  1. I'm not even using big box. It locked up and took a computer restart to fix it. I tried to shut it down through task manager first. It was a no go. I'm surprised the software still loads after not shutting it down properly. I've never had this happen before using previous versions of launchbox. Windows 11. RTX 3090 TI, latest drivers. Launchbox Version 13.19.
  2. Just another quick update. I thought maybe the Anti-virus was causing an issue. I turned off all protection, including the firewall. No change. I can say with 100% certainty that something goes wrong when updating to the latest version. One final thought. It occurred to me that it might be a server issue on your end with the number of update checks per client. A lot of newer systems are designed to prevent dos attacks.
  3. Okay. I see this issue is unknown and therefore no fix except getting another release. That troubles me, but it is what it is. Thanks for commenting.
  4. Hey guys... So, I have had this happen before, and the only solution I had run across was to wait until a newer version was released. When I click on check for updates I've stopped getting the notifications on the bottom right corner that either tells me there is or is not one. This time I reinstalled the lastest patch thinking that would fix it. It didn't. Anybody? Interesting update tonight. So I updated another computers launchbox from 13.16 to 13.17.... I used the check for updates feature and it worked fine. Once 13.17 was installed I tried again to see if it would tell me there are no updates. Sure enough I now have the same problem on this computer.
