Has anyone found a definitive answer to this issue? I have been having trouble with a new setup on an i5 7th gen dell laptop starting with version 13.18 which I eventually got working. MAME launches arcade titles through launchbox and big box but nothing doing with Retroarch for NES, Sega Genesis, Atari 2600, SNES or SNK Neo Geo Platforms all of which are assigned to RetroArch. Can launch directly in Retroarch but not the program. Any advice? Tried reverting to 13.14 but had the same problem.
