Just got a chance to try it and yeah it still opens on monitor 2 with 1 set in the ini file.

Does this need to be done for every system I want to play or just mame?

Does anyone know how to do this, currently it always defaults to a mini touch screen I have just to keep my system stats up. I am unable to move it or even get a game to launch in windowed mode to drag it myself. I should add when I run the game via retroarch it is fine, the issue is only when I let launchbox or bigbox launch the game for me.
