Simple enough, that’s all I needed to fix it. It was through MAME, somehow my reset was set to Shift F3, instead of just F3. Quick and easy fix, thanks!

When I bring up the menu “Resume game Reset game save state load state exit game” everything works except Reset game. It just acts as Resume game and puts me right back into the game.
