The problem was not with LaunchBox or BigBox. I had a windows issue that was corrupting connected drives. Format of the laptop and clean install did the trick.

Going to install 13.20.

LaunchBox recognizes my license. BigBox puts me in trial mode and won't launch games because they require BigBox. Any ideas?
