Retro-GameBot's post in BB Discovery Center not populating game thumbnails in playlists was marked as the answer
So I figured out the issue was with the Theme I was using “Unified” and “Unified Redux” they both have the issue. When I downloaded “Unified & Ultrawide” and made it my main theme the issue went away.
