The fix for this, at least on NVIDA cards, seems to be... NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Vulkan/OpenGL - Present Method > Prefer layered on DXGI Swapchain Still hoping MS will provide a solution not requiring this action, but folks have been complaining about it for years so I'm not holding my breath.
