Hey guys, I had the exact same error. I’m also super rusty using PCs. I couldn’t figure out the advice you got. when C-beats said ‘take a Launchbox installer’ did you get it from the files you already had, or download something over again? I’m confused. Could you guys please dumb down that advice into a couple of steps for me in what worked for you? much appreciated!!! -Cam
