When I fresh install it seems to default with "read only". Not sure how to fix this without reverting to an older version.

Yeah no worries. It was working just fine before this last update that seems to have messed with security permissions.

https://imgur.com/ff80vds Again, this isn't a hard-drive failure issue because it loads just fine in my individual emulators. It also isn't an issue with corrupt files.

It seems to be an issue with permission security but I can't solve it with basic setting changes. I get this "Hard-drive Failure" message while trying to import roms while knowing it works with individual emulators. Any way I can find an older version of Launchbox that didn't have this issue? I think anything below .20 was working just fine. changing folder or security settings doesn't work unfortunately, it just resets every time I quit launchbox. Is this some Windows 11 update BS interfering?
