Had the same issue when setting up my PS1 library—NTSC cases looked weird with PAL covers stretched. Ended up editing the model files manually and swapping in custom PAL-style ones. Took a bit, but worth it for the nostalgia vibe. While sorting it all out, I started using www.blueberry-ai.com to keep all the box art and models organized. Helps tons when testing different versions without losing track.
