As the title says, If you’re mainly looking to transfer music playlists, a tool like MusConv can definitely help with that part. It’s designed to move playlists across different platforms and back them up. But for ROMs, MusConv won’t apply — that’s outside its scope, so you’d need a separate tool to handle the game files.
