  1. Hello, I'm a forum newbie, hoping I can get some help, as I'm at a loss here. For the past year or so, whenever I have LaunchBox (or Big Box) open, and regardless of whether I'm in the app or have it closed to taskbar, my (corded USB) keyboard begins to have issues. The Num/Caps/Scroll Lock lights will go out, and depending on the timing, I'll either end up having typed something like "Super Mariiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" or else it will simply not count the last keystroke ("Super Mar", in this example). There will then follow a few moments where the keyboard is totally unresponsive before it begins working again. (The Lock lights will only relight when one of the Lock buttons is pressed once the keyboard is responsive.) The problem goes away as soon as LaunchBox is fully closed down, but persists so long as it is running. In months past, this was an occasional nuisance, but it's been occurring with increasing frequency, to the point that every time I tried to type even a single word today, I'd have a crash. And not only that; several times, all of my USB hard drives suddenly disconnected and then reconnected. So maybe the issue is with my USB controller? What's also odd is that my keyboard has USB ports of its own, one of which holds the receiver for my wireless mouse, which—so far as I can determine—doesn't stop working even when the keyboard is non-responsive. I'm only barely technically competent, so I don't really know how to approach fixing this. I tried searching the forum but didn't turn up anything, and earlier I joined and searched the Discord, but although I found one other person reporting a similar issue, there was no fix posted. In case it's useful information: I'm on a Windows 10 PC, with an ASUS motherboard (PRIME B460-PLUS LGA 1200 Intel B460 ATX), i5-10400 CPU, 32 GB RAM, with my OS and LaunchBox installed on a 1 TB M.2 SSD. I'm a lifetime license holder and I'm using the latest (as of today) beta build (but this issue was getting bad even before I switched over to beta builds at some point in the last several months). I have already tried backing up my database and doing a clean install of LaunchBox, but the issue remained. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
