  2. Hello LaunchBox Team, I recently upgraded my existing subscription to the LaunchBox Premium Lifetime License. The payment was successfully completed, and I received the receipt for $45.00. However, my account still does not show the lifetime renewal/upgrade, and it appears that the license status has not been updated yet. For your reference: - Amount Paid: $45.00 - Product: LaunchBox Premium for Windows – Lifetime License Upgrade - Date Paid: March 10, 2026 I have attached the payment receipt and transaction details for verification. I sent 5 emails with no respond from your end. Could you please check my account and confirm that the lifetime upgrade has been properly applied?
