  1. Hi all,

i start BigBox on my TV with Steamlink. SteamController works fine. As soon i start a Emulator - BigBox goes in the foreground and i cant change to the emulator. When i control my PC( in another room?, there

is the emulator startet and i can change between the displays with alt+TAB. Is there an option to "minimize" BigBox" when i start the EMU and restart Bigbox when Emu is finished ?

I think in LaunchBox is such an option.

    Thx for your help

    greetings from germany

    gerhard

  2. Sentaibrad - i`am not sure - in german websites - the "archive.org" is named as "legal". you can´t download the games - only stream for gaming. The entry in launchbox is only a link to a website. But i`am not an advocat ( i`am a "only" a gamer) - also delete the post and sry for the circumstances. by the way the donkey kong game in archive.org is from 1983- i scrapped the wrong pics and description. gerhard from 2006: http://archive.org/post/82097/internet-archive-helps-secure-exemption-to-the-digital-millennium-copyright-act Das Internet-Archiv archive.org hat einen „juristischen Sieg“ gegen den DMCA errungen und darf jetzt Computerspiele und andere Software archivieren, endlich ohne Befürchtung, verklagt zu werden. In einem Forumsbeitrag werden die Details bekanntgegeben: This is a happy moment, but on the other hand this exception is so limited it leaves the overall draconian nature of the DMCA in effect. […] More formally, Internet Archive has successfully advocated for an exemption to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). The DMCA prohibits circumvention of technological measures employed by or on behalf of copyright owners to protect their works (“access controls”). Specifically, 17 U.S.C. §1201(a)(1)(A) provides, in part, that “No person shall circumvent a technological measure that effectively controls access to a work protected under this title.”
  3. I found the parameter -G from a previous post. No idea what causes the parameter. I have the parameter -G removed in the starting line - emu works. I found out when I do not set hook at "no space ....", always starts the same .iso. Why that ultimately works for me - no idea, I'm not a specialist. I simply try out, sometimes helps :-)Wink I appended pics of my emu details good luck gkemu.JPGno-space.JPGplatform.JPG
  4. i changed th "CD32.uae" with wordpad. Please check in our .uae: gfx_width_windowed=800 gfx_height_windowed=600 gfx_width_fullscreen=1920 gfx_height_fullscreen=1080 gfx_refreshrate=0 gfx_autoresolution=0 gfx_autoresolution_vga=true gfx_backbuffers=2 gfx_backbuffers_rtg=1 gfx_vsync=false gfx_vsyncmode=normal gfx_vsync_picasso=false gfx_vsyncmode_picasso=normal gfx_lores=false gfx_resolution=hires gfx_lores_mode=normal gfx_flickerfixer=false gfx_linemode=double gfx_fullscreen_amiga=fullwindow gfx_fullscreen_picasso=fullwindow gfx_center_horizontal=none gfx_center_vertical=none gfx_colour_mode=32bit gfx_blacker_than_black=false gfx_api=direct3d gfx_filter=no
  5. SentaiBrad said Then yea, if no mounting software is required, and it loads image files directly then there must be a command line argument to tell WinUAE to load CD32 games instead of Amiga games.
Hi all, thanks a lot for all - the posts were very helpful. Now it works. i use a additional commandline for each game : per ex : -f CD32.uae -G -s quickstart=cd32,0 -cdimage="F:\LaunchBox\Games\Amiga CD32\DrMarioCD32.iso" The the game starts. i found the parameter in a older post by "orac31" - thanks orac. It would be more elegant to work with the parameter "file", but I still had no idea how I can use this parameter. thanks again gerhard win-uae.JPG
  6. Hi all, has anyone experience with emulating Amiga CD32. I work with Win uae 3.2.2. 64bit and looking for a way to mount the .iso file in LaunchBox (similar to dosbox ?). thank you for your help
  7. dudechester said Have been trying where ever I get the time, so far not getting any closer to getting my favorite computer working within Launchbox yet, but I need some backup here, more technical, code minded people please :) I've found this thread for how they got Atari ST working in Hyperspin, so perhaps we can take bits from their setup and use it to get it working in Launchbox? http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/6712-atari-st/page-6 Many thanks! We will get there.
Hi Dudechester, i work with Steem SSE 3.7.2( PC with win10) and ".st" files - there was no command line to add. Only imported rom files, add emulator, search for images and thats was all. most games work fine. Please have a look to my emulation details. send me the link of dungeon master and i will test it. gerhard steem37.JPG
