    Thanks. Definitely not pirated, I have proof of purchase and as I said I emailed them. Any idea how long they normally take to respond?

  2. Hi, I'm receiving a critical error when launching Launchbox on Windows and from what I can find it seems to be license related. I purchased a forever license directly from Launchbox in 2016 and have not shared it with anyone. I have contacted support but have had no response. What are my options?
