    Maybe it's because I need to get used it in the vertical way. Take a look at the attachment and let me know if it looks like yours in vertical.

    I don't like the look it gives on whites in vertical games can it be changed in vertical without it effecting horizontal games?

    I think it's amazing, it looks perfect to me on my screen, the blacks are black the colors are popping nicely too. Big thank you for this Lordmonkus for your help and time, it's much appreciated.

    I just did a quick google search and those were the settings I found, but I don't like it at all, compared to your settings, your settings are awesome. I've just downloaded your settings, I use 1920 x 1080 LED, would I have to change any of the settings for my resolution?

    I just found some HLSL settings and pasted them into my mame ini file, what do you think? Edit: not even close to how your's looks can I have your settings lol

    That looks well nice, a lot lot better than just using scanlines. One of my fave games too, think I'm going to try and use HLSL to get mine looking like that, until BGFX is implemented into Mame fully

    What does it do exactly? emulates the full look of a real arcade machine? I may get into that stuff one day when I eventually build a 2 player bartop.

    Ahhhh I will end pulling my hair out now I would have had none left if it wasn't for your fast reply I will stick to my stand alone MameUIFX for now till the bugs are sorted. I'm not that deep into Mame with GLSL HLSL I mainly just use scan-lines Scanrez1_Althor Thanks for the help and quick reply once again Craigy.

    Thanks again Lordmonkus you've been really helpful to me. I've gotten most of the cores working great and been messing around with overlays too, I've actually fell in love with Retroarch I had some problems with loading PCE SuperCD but I figured it out in the end I'm now doing mame core, but I can't figure out why the mame tab menu is like this in the attachment

    Awesome thanks Lordmonkus, that helped me a lot. I like the idea of the DS RA core and also I play a lot of vertical Mame games so I'll stick to how I already have Mame setup I thought this RA stuff was going to be really complicated, I have Snes already set up in RA through LB playing a few levels of Jikkyou Parodius

    Thanks for the tips Charco, I will be popping on YouTube later to add some RA tutorials to my watch later list. Going to get this sorted when I have the time I'm so used to having all these different emulators and configuring them the way I like them, but it's definitely time for something new for me. Any tips on what emulators I should keep that are better than the cores?

    I used to have the same problem, mounting the cue files have to be mounted as SCSI virtual drive for them to work. I will take a look at RetroArch for sure, instead of having to mess around with trying to auto mount the games.

    Thanks Lordmonkus, guess I will look up some tutorials on how to use RA, I just got so used to ME and thought they would be a way to auto mount. Is a core basically an emulator? and does it run as good as MagicEngine?

    I've never used RetroArch but I've heard about it, It seems a bit to complicated :/. I bought MagicEngine and know how to use that, and then I was wondering if my question above could be done, so I messaged Jason on a LB Youtube video, and he said this " Hi Noob, you should be able to add an additional app to launch before the game runs with Daemon Tools for similar. It's been a while since I've done it though; hit us up on the forums and we can help"

    Hey guys. Can anyone help me and/or lead me in the right direction for adding (DaemonTools Ultra) Virtual SCSI Drive auto mount for Magic Engine Super CD CUE files. When I click play on a Super CD game in LB it will auto mount that games CUE File and play it automatically? Thanks in advanced Craigy.
