When I right click on Megaman X3 (E), it shows Play by itself, it doesn't have a sub directory to Rockman X3.

No I did everything individually to avoid that.

My Saturn collection was imported correctly, I only selected the .cue files and they imported successfully. However I noticed my count was off, and it turned out to be my Rockman collection did not import.
Rockman 8 - Metal Heroes (Japan).cue
Rockman X3 (Japan) (2M).cue
Rockman X4 (Japan) (1M).cue
Rockman X4 (Japan) (3M).cue
I've tried importing these files individually, and launchbox keeps saying "0 games were imported successfully."
Please help!

Yes these are all favorite titles in my "Favorites" playlist. Any eta on the next release? Thanks for replying!

when cycling through the search bar, it'll always default to the letter A. When selecting any letter of the alphabet, it'll always default to A. (not in the video, is when you exit the playlist and reenter the playlist, it does not remember the last title you left off at.

So I've still got no luck with this. I created a button to swap the views, and each view does not allow me to select a letter to start my gamelist from.
I did this for all the themes I have within big box, and it still produced the same result.
I even deleted the playlist, started all over with creating a new playlist, and I still get the same issue....

I'll give that a shot tonight. If it is infact a view issue, how can I make it so my platform can use the alphabetic search bar with all views? Thanks! Again I'll report back on your suggestion tonight.

Yes this is within Big Box. In not home right now so I can't check what version.
All my "platforms" like Atari 2600, Nintendo, etc, when I enter them I'm able to scroll through the alphabetical searchbae, choose a letter, and then the game list automatically starts at the selected letter
My custom platform does not allow me to do that. I forget off the top of my head how I created it within Launchbox? I know I started by picking a game and marking it as a favorite and created a platform to appear with my other platforms, and to allow auto population of any other selected favorited title.
The platform works great when inside of it, I just can't select a desired letter to start my game list at. I'm lost.

In the regular generated platforms for any emulator, you are given the ability to search for titles through an alphabetical search bar. I have a custom platform which is for all of my favorited titles. Any title I call a favorite is auto populated into the platform.
The problem I'm having, is that my platform always defaults to the letter A once you enter the platform. And when I cycle through the alphabetical searchbar and select a letter, nothing happens, so I'm forced to sift through my entire favorited collection.
Is there a way for my problem to work? Did I miss a step when I created the platform? Thanks!

I was able to create a "Favorites" section within my Platforms catagory. My platforms has all my emulators with banners and video previews. What i'm trying to hunt down, are user created platform banners/media, for a "Favorites" platform. Can anyone point me in the right direction, because my google searches are not pointing me in the right directions. Thanks!

Please, can somebody look at my previous messages regarding JoyToKey?
Within the autohotkey script, I run JoyToKey, but when the emulator launches along with jtk, the emulator statrs of minimized.
I need a solution to this, because excuse I'm running jtk for the windows build of DeSmuLe, and Xroar.
Please, what am i missing?

Can someone please help me, i'm awful at auto hotkey scripts, i posted here over a week ago with no response. I'm trying to launch Joy2Key with certain emulators. But the problem im having is that Joy2key is opening first, then my launch emulator is 2nd and is not opened on m y desktop, i have to click the emulators icon in my bar below in order for it to be present. How can i make sure that emulator is opened and launched first, then Joy2key is launched 2nd and minimized? Please help, thanks!

Hey there. I'm having an issue with "JoyToKey" within my autohotkey script. First off Im no expert at this, im just trying to get the program to run when I launch an emulator. Anyway, I was able to launch the JoyToKey, but that program ends up being front and center, while the emulator I loaded isnt even on the screen, only down in the pinned section of my Windows tabs....
This is the script I have running. I hope i have the exit routien for JoyToKey working too?

is there any chance of getting the "TRS-80 Radio Shack Color Computer" as a background? Using the color computer 2 as the system in the background? This is my favorite theme, been using it for a long time, i already obtained the "clear logo" from someone on this forum, so id really like to have the system image to match the system images this theme already has in it! ?

That was exactly it. Because within retroarch for LB, I already had in place within the associated platforms the command lines to load the pbroom.dll core. I'm floored it was just a simple creation of a new platform. Many thanks!

Within retroarch itself, I am able to successfully run both. wad files of Doom & Doom II. But when I import them as rom files within LB, they do not launch. I select them as MS-DOS, and for emulator I select retroarch. I have the prboom.libretro.dll as well. Please help!

OK thank you for all your help! Right now I'm importing my entire gba set, so when that's done I'll try what you suggested with manually writing in a name.

I just want to make sure I'm able to use the gambatte core for both GB, and GBC? I ask cause you said "you can add your own platform"
What name exactly should I name it? The way it appears in my "platforms" section column off to the left?

I checked the associated platforms for retroarch. I have the core file for "Nintendo Game Boy Color" which is gambatte. But within the "Associated Platform" column, there is no listing for "Nintendo Game Boy"
So I'm still stuck with getting gambatte to run Game Boy...

So I've got another odd issue. This concerns Gambatte. My Game Boy Color roms are imported and I can run them from launch box, but my Game Boy roms that I imported, I'm unable to run? The play count keeps going ul, but nothing is loaded when I try to launch the rom?

Ok, seems I have to click the Add button on the very bottom right of Launchbox, and install my games that way. ?
