Changing to VLC seems to have fixed it, thanks!

Left on the default which I think is Windows. Will try VLC and see if that helps but thanks for the suggestion.

Using Big Box with Dolphin emulator for Wii games, sometimes when load a rom in the background Big Box will start the video again and can hear the sound. Have to alt + tab to it and stop the video manually. Happens more often than not, only using stable premium build so far.
