If you look at the screenshot you submitted, the ROM file is listed as an mp4 file. It is trying to launch the video. You need to launch the ISO file. Some how you managed to import video files not the game as a ROM.

I noticed an issue with my Nintendo Switch section with the newest Banner Box, as they all look like they are cut off. They are the only images to have the issue. I provided a box image that I use to illustrate how much is cut off. I had assumed that the newest version of BannerBox would just scale the image to fit in the particular area as the others do. Any advice on how to fix would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I've found that when I add more roms to a folder (such as "arcade"), when it searches it also finds the rom files I already have in the folder. Then, when the import is done I end up with duplicate game titles in my arcade list. I will note that "Force Import Duplicate Games that Already Exist in Your Collection" is turned OFF. Even with it off, it's still re-adding any roms I've already imported. Thanks for any advice to fix, or if this is a bug, just let me know.
I'm testing all this on my NVidia Shield TV, model P2897, Version 9.
Otherwise great to have this for Android again!

I can say I just experienced this myself. Importing additional games, even with the duplicate games switch set to off, still has duplicate items show up for the previously added items. It seems to just blindly just add any games that it can find whether or not they already existed.
I also tried to export 2 games from my arcade directory to Android, The prompts stated that it was setting up an export structure for 2 games. However, it essentially copied my entire MAME rom folder to this new temp/Android Export folder. Shouldn't it just copy the two games that were selected as previously indicated? That is around 65-70GB of extra space used for no reason.

I am looking for the word settings or tools in red solid letters please
You should give an example of the font you would like, as there are hundreds that could be applied that you wouldn't like - wasting peoples time.

I just submitted this game to the C64 section (it's a recent free to download point and click adventure that was only released on May 29, 2021 (so just yesterday...as I type this post). Could I get a clear logo made from the fanart box (it's the "box" used on the developer's website) Thanks in advance

Arcade Cabinet Banners for Bannerbox
View File
This is my collection of Arcade Cabinet Banners for Bannerbox. The goal is to have a complete marquee set for the cabinets. However this will come in time. These can be easily edited with your own screenshots and/or marquees as well, as there are no overlays on the images. This pack contains 2,782 banners. Because of this some banners may be a little...wonky.

Daphne Cabinet Banners for BannerBox
View File
This is simple set of Banners with representative cabinets for Daphne laserdisc games. These cabinets are merely simple mockups of the actual cabinets (and were actually made many years ago). I made them into Banners and thought I would share.

Thanks for the reply. I do not know if it is a naming issue as I can reproduce it with any game that has a name for the banner instead of a LBDB ID. It will show up just fine and I can scroll through and play games, just the banner will not show up in that one view I posted above, unless it is a LBDB ID instead. Is there a way I can look at that view through the community theme creator?

I love this theme!!! Thanks goes to the creator!
I do have a small issue, but it is more my fault than the theme's. The theme typically uses the LBDB IDs for the banner images, but also supports the actual naming of the files as per game name. I know the preferred method is the LBDB but I like using the game names as there are some multi-disc versions of games that can be different and I want them to show in the list (two examples are Gran Turismo 2 - which has an arcade disc and a simulation disc. And Resident Evil 2 - which has a Leon and Claire disc. Both for PSX). I manage to get these banners to show up in my wheel separated and displayed exactly how I like them.
The issue arises when you select a game that is displayed like this, on the play menu screen, instead of the banner showing up with the cart or disc at the bottom - the banner does not appear - unless it is using the LBDB ID only. However, because I have some custom split up games, I can't use the LBDB ID to display multiple custom banners due to sharing the same LBDB ID.
Is there a workaround that I may employ to resolve this? Is there a means by which to add a default banner by system if it does not find what it expects?

Same. And when I use the FTP I can connect, but cannot seem to transfer anything.

What I would do, and this is just me....
I would go to Tools > Manage platforms and then select Microsoft Xbox > Edit
Then I would enter the Folders tab and edit the Games path to be where only the ISOs are located(or you can move them all the the default location - your choice) it will ask you if you move the files - and if you are entering your custom location you can say NO and then OK.
Now you can go back to Tools > Scan > for added Microsoft Xbox Roms - This should scan your newly designated folder location for your ISO files.
Now go to Tools > Scan > for removed Microsoft Xbox Roms - This should then scan and remove the .mp4 files linked as roms
Now..in the future, if you want to add ISOs for your Xbox platform you can just go to Tools > Scan > for added Microsoft Xbox Roms to add your games.
