So I downloaded “Super Mario Bros. (Japan, USA).nes” and in the tutorial video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WC4NieHGwbo It has you put in two different types of files but I only have a .nes file I'm wondering if there's a way to convert the file to the files that I need for the tutorial

The file I got just to start out is “Super Mario Bros. (Japan, USA).nes”

Is there a way to a .nes file I've been searching but I can't really find anything I don't know if it's actually possible

I recently downloaded launchBox and looks great! but I'm all very new to this and I have no idea what that I'm doing where am I supposed to be able to download games?
