Yes, my only real requirement is the form factor due to size limitation, so as long as it's hovering around $500 I'm open to any NUC style windows pc.

I want to set up Big Box on a NUC ! obviously having a GTX980 card isnt going to happen. What can I expect out of a NUC style for factor? anyone done it? I JUST want to run NES & SNES Thanks Guys !
