  1. Haven't been able to login since I purchased a license 22 hours ago. I am able to login via web browser but not from LaunchBox. I've seen two posts regarding this issue but no feedback yet (Bitbucket).  I have also checked my firewall, disabled any anti-virus programs, tried adding firewall exceptions for LB and BB but that didn't work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
