[Error while attempting to search database]

So I just bought LaunchBox Premium yesterday as it seems to be the best looking game library manager around.

But I've been getting a little frustrated at that damn error when I try to download metadata and media.

It always comes up with that error when I go through the wizard, no matter the game.

Please help me, not sure what else to do here
