[Genesis and SNES roms not importing]

Thanks I appreciate it. One more thing, I notice that the metadata for turbo grafx 16/PC engine doesn't auto populate for most of the roms. But when I go to edit them, I select search for metadata then it finds the metadata, but I have to do this for every rom individually. IS there a way for launchbox to search and populate them all automatically like it normally does? When I use the wizard to do it, it says it imports the metadata but when I check the list, none of it is populated.

 

Edit: I went ahead and just did it all manually. Is there a way to save the metadata so if I have to ever reinstall, I don't have to do this all manually again?

I think I figured it out. I checked the "force duplicates" box and it allowed me to import those games. Is there an easier way to import individual games without going through the wizard?

I did an import of roms for these platforms and I noticed some of the roms would not import. So I tried to go back an import the missing roms individually but when it tries ti import them it will was 0 roms imported successfully. I'm 100% new to using launch box and I looked around the forums and couldn't find an exact solution to my issue. I also have the life time subscription if that helps. Three roms I notice would not import was streets of rage, sonic 2 and legend of zelda a link to the past. Is it because of how they're named? I can't figure this thing out. Please help.
