Basically I need help getting the Heroes of Might and Magic II for Windows Map Editor to work in DOSbox. Back when the game HOMM II originally came out, I made my own maps with the included Map Editor, and while the maps that come with it are okay, I am at the point where I would like to make my own maps. But as the attached photo shows when I click on the map editor .exe file, I do not get very far. Actually clicking on it is as far as I have gotten, as I have not been able to get past the resulting pop up screen. So I though maybe someone could give me some help in making the map editor file EDITOR2.EXE work as designing the game maps has a great deal of appeal to me, and my google fu has completely failed me, as I have not been able to find any instructions or possible solutions as to how to make the map editor work with DOSbox.
