Forgot to mention, I'm using Launchbox 13.6.

I have a .chd file added to Sony Playstation in Launchbox. Over time this particular game will start accumulating game versions (but it's the exact same version shown when right clicking on the game and selecting 'play version'. If I don't expand this game to get rid of the duplicates it will just keep adding the exact same game revision in the 'play version' option. Even after I delete the duplicate listings it will start accumulating all over again. I checked the games folder and it's only the 1 file for this game (Final Fantasy Anthology: Final Fantasy V). I also have Final Fantasy Anthology: Final Fantasy VI chd but do not have this issue with this game. Weird.

I have Launchbox 8.2 set up to use Mame 0.197 for NES/SNES and a few other consoles. For some reason only some of the NES games will run via Launchbox with emulator set to Mame (but run fine if I set the emulator to Mesen or launch the rom directly through Mame). I don't have this issue with the other consoles with Mame set as the emulator. Any ideas? I'm using the official Mame rom set/software lists updated to 0.197.
