I don't know how I would access my friends server, my question was more like if it is possible to use BigBox as a media server but the server is not local, I must access remotly. How? I dont know yet 2. It doesn't have to be images with roms. It can be something like a portable version of BigBox, with all dependencies needed, all emulators configured with the proper bios installed (for those who need it), controllers configured, cool themes applied, etc. Where one just has to add its roms (and load them into LaunchBox).

Hi guys. 1. I have a friend that has a plex server and since plex has terminated plugin support, launchBox will not be able to add that plugin (as mentioned in a separate thread). But if my friend grants me access to its server, can LaunchBox be used as a media station like that (somehow)? Does it require alot of tinkering? 2. Do people share LaunchBox images similarly to what people do with RPi images? If so, when a person shares a BigBox image, will I be able to use that image (with its due limitations ofc)?
