Fanart and text question?

Hey y'all,

So I recently Photoshop my backgrounds for each platform but when I go to the game selection I notice that if I do not have fan art for a specific game they use the background I used for the platform. I'm not planning to have artwork for any of them, but is there a way to keep the background platform artwork separate?

Also, how do I edit the text to make it from white to black?
