Triple Monitor Theme?

I haven't been able to find a theme that works well on triple monitors. I have 3 24" monitors using NVIDIA Surround. It's a pain to turn off surround...I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt with this? Ideally, you'd have platforms on the far left, your game chooser in the middle, and info/video on the right screen. Any input would be helpful. 

(Or, is it possible to force BigBox to a custom resolution? like...say to fit it entirely in the center monitor with the other two screens black?)
