PCSX2 wont quit with hotkey

Hey everybody, i'm having a issue with PCSX2. When i play all my games on SNES 9X, PS1 on ePSXe, Gamecube on Dolphin, in Big Box, i use a hotkey to close the iso so i can change the games without going to computer and change manually. So, for some reason, Playstation 2 isos on PCSX2 won't quit with this hotkey. I don't know what i'm missing in here, some configuration maybe. Strange becouse i didn't do anything on the other and they quit just fine with hotkey. Any help with that?
