PS4 controller not recognizing with Steam Link?

Steam Link itself recognizes the controller, and I can navigate, launch, and play games fine through Steam itself. Whenever I launch Big Box through Steam, however, Big Box does not recognize the controller inputs. I go to the configuration for the controller and it is listed as "xbox 360 controller", and I cannot remap any of the buttons because it will not recognize my inputs on the controller.

Edit: I have been working on this for a couple of days now, and I paid for the license pretty much just for the ability to use the controller and it's not working. So if I can't get it to work I'll have to move on to another solution than LaunchBox and it will feel like a waste of time and money.

Edit 2: Never mind, I got it to work after I found a video that told me to use "gamepad configuration" with the shortcut. The only problem now is that the hotkeys won't work with the gamepad while using this set-up. But it works so I'll figure something out.
