xDiscoBiscuitsx
I recently acquired a Xbox one kiosk and decided to turn it into Bigbox multicade to free up my main gaming PC. I've ran into a problem with Retroarch on Bigbox though. When i start up any 8bit or 16 bit game, it will be fine for about 40 seconds, then it will slow down and lag and then catch back up. Its just a ongoing cycle. Thing is, it doesn't do it if I run the game from Launchbox. Just in Bigbox. I've tried all my other emulators like Dolphin, Project64, PPSSPP, PCSX2 and they all run perfectly fine from bigbox. I am really stumped. I know the specs of the PC running it is a bit older than my new gaming desktop. I wouldn't think that a 16bit game would be more taxing than a gamecube game. pc specs: Intel I7 920 2.6ghz 16gb DDR3 500gb SSD MSI GTX750
xDiscoBiscuitsx
After installing everything all over and checking each emulator as I added it in, I figured out that the Retrofresh detailed theme was causing my problem. I am really unsure why though.
