Edit Game Window too large??

This is so bizarre... I am trying to configure my game settings but somehow the window is too large to click 'done' or whatever... I can close the window, but I can't apply any changes. There is no option available to size or restore the window (using alt + space, the two options are greyed out). Also - I have downsized my display settings to the very smallest possible yet this window doesn't change at all.

 

I imagine there must be a ridiculously easy answer to this but I can't find any resources on the internet and I am super frustrated.

Check your scaling option on windows, I use my pc with a TV, and windows usually scales things up. I set it to 150% and was able to see the whole contents of the edit window.
