Bartop controleurs configuration

Hello every body, sorry for my English, i am french, my name is Olivier

I try since a week to set up my bartop controller. My bartop is under windows 10, with 17 buttons, 2 sticks connected with a 2 player interface.
But with launcher box and rocket launcher i don't manage to configure any button, for pc games or SNES roms for exemple. 

Do you know id a tuto exist for this?
