Can Nestopia open on non-primary monitors?

I just got Big Box and I've got ever emulator running great, except for Nestopia. I have my Big Box and emulators all set to open on my TV (which my PC sees as Monitor 3) but I can't get Nestopia to open on anything but my main monitor. I've searched for answers elsewhere but haven't found anything. Is there a way to get it to open on another monitor by default, or should I get a different NES emulator, and which one?
