"Launch with" is grayed out

Hi everybody.  On my launchbox, when I right click on a game, the "launch with" option is grayed out for most platforms.  It shows up for Nintendo 64 and Wii U games but is grayed out for all the others, even if I have multiple emulators registered for said platform.  Any ideas why?
