I have seen this issue in a couple of other threads but haven't seen a solution. When I start a gamecube game through launchbox I am unable to use the controller. If I start it through Dolphin itself it works fine. Also if I minimize the game that was opened through launchbox and go back in the controller begins to work. Does anyone know a fix for this?
