PAL PS1 Boxart not importing

I have selected UK boxart only, but I'm only getting NTSC art.

I have used the same settings for Saturn and N64 with no problems.

If I follow the link to the DB page I can see there is PAL boxart, but even if I re-import and refresh images I have no PAL boxart.

Any help appreciated.
