I seem to have an issue where the lists don't refresh once media has been downloaded. This is happening after Launchbox requests to update the missing media list, and closing and re-opening LB. In the example below I had 2381 missing clear logos, so I used the download media option in the tools menu and it successfully downloaded most of them.
