Missing Playlists

Hello all, I'm having an issue with my playlist not showing in bigbox only (all is good in launchbox) when i select view playlists in the bigbox menu the screen just  goes black. It makes the wheel sound if i press the D-pad up and down but thats all.

Any ideas? Thanks
