Does anyone have an up to date / clear guide on how to setup a mayflash bar and wiimote to work as a light gun with RetroArch or Launchbox?

What mode should I be in 1 or 3?  

Arrrggg i got close but just can’t  sort this out...no wonder there is no guide available, what a pain, lol I just wanted to play some Area51!
