Issue with LaunchBox using Emumovies sync

For some games LaunchBox seems to have downloaded Theme Videos instead of the basic HQ Video Snap. Is there a setting to tell LaunchBox which one to download when syncing? I can fix it manually but its about 200 SNES games that have the Theme Videos instead of the HQ Video Snaps. The other hundreds have the right HQ Video Snaps.
