Launchbox 10.14 no longer boots from NAS

I have a synology NAS that i had a copy of my lauchbox master image fro backup keeping. I used to be able run it to add roms/videos etc but it just started to no load anymore. I even created a new folder with new install to see if it loads and it also does not. any help would be appreciated.
