Dual shock 4 listed but won’t work :(

So my Dual Shock 4 is connected via Bluetooth in windows and is recognized.

in Options->controller- it’s listed as: 
Device: Wireless Controller

so it recognizes it, but when I press a button it doesn’t do anything. 
when I try to map a button in Controller Mapping: I press buttons on the DS4 but it doesn’t show on app... :(

 

what am I doing wrong?
