Orca
Here's what's going on: I open steam big picture via the steam link, open big box through steam, and select a game which launches via a Retroarch core. The game loads up, shaders and all, but when I hit the button to bring up the Retroarch quick menu it's invisible. I can hear that it's pulling the menu up and that it does exist. I just can't see it. The "exit game" shortcut I set up in launchbox doesnt work either. Everything works perfectly when I run it on my PC, but something isn't quite working out when I run it through the steam link. Any ideas? Edit: Okay so I remapped the menu button in Retroarch and the ps4 controller in steam to not used the home ubtton for the quick menu and instead remapped it to the right click of the touch pad. Now, I can pull up the quick menu and see it just fine, but now every single other input has stopped working in-game and in the menu, so I can't navigate the options or play the game. Oh, did I mention that my shaders get removed when I exit the quick menu? I think I'm kind of over the steam link adventure. Between Steam, Launchbox, and Retroarch, there just seems to be too many conflicting settings to work out. `I guess my games are just cursed to stay in the office and out of the living room unfortunately.
